Weyburn Terrace Paseo reviews and highlights
- very new appliances and facilities
- all utilities included in the rent
- convenient location
Convenient Student Housing
I love my apartment. It is quiet and conducive to studying; close to the bruin bus stop so convenient to the law campus; and I always feel safe here. Facility staff is very friendly and helpful. The only headache has been dealing with the parking staff and parking in weyburn terrace garages but that is minor compared to all the perks this housing provides.

Pretty great
Nice, clean, small apartments. Great location, ideal commute. Parking is expensive and inconvenient. The fire alarm goes off in the middle of the night often.

Studio review
The facilities are nice, and you cannot get a studio anywhere in Westwood for that price. Other studios will typically be at least $600 more at least. The studio comes furnished, but the units and furniture are not cleaned that well before you move in. The location is excellent, near three grocery stores (2-7 min walk), near the school (30 min walk + free shuttle from the apartment to the school). The studio is pretty small though. The apartments are pretty much soundproofed, with the exception of the door and windows (I can hear when people walk by my apartment).

Easy as can be
Pre-furnished, owned by the university so they’re good about fixing stuff, flexible move in dates, all in all a super easy way to move to LA from places far away

Apartment
Overall, Paseo building offers a decent housing experience. Apartment mobilia is rough and lighting is not enough to cover the room.

Convenient location, everything within walking distance, perfect sized studio with all necessary appliances (stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, couch, desk, bed, etc).

Unbeatable location
They say you get what you pay for and that is definitely the case at Weyburn Terrace. For my own completely furnished Studio, with all utilities included, rapid maintenance, with easy access to Bruin transportation, walking distance of Ralph's, Trader Joe's, Rite Aid, Target, etc. I have no complaints. The ease of living here has made law school so much easier and not respect and that there has not been added stress due to my living situation.
The only drawback is that if you are unfortunate enough you are more than likely to get tandem parking which can be a pain. At the very least I have had very courteous and easy to communicate with tandem parking mates. It also seems a bit excessive to charge over $1,000 to share a parking space with another person but it is what it is.
I would recommend living here to anyone who wants an a very convenient and comfortable apartment and who is willing to fork out some extra cash because in the long run it pays for itself in terms of peace of mind.

Very good, very convenient, parking a pain
Perfect size studio and very close to campus. I usually walk. Comes fully furnished.
Only thing I don't like about the building is parking. Parking is a pain to sign up for or change (you have to go to two offices) and most parking is tandem.

Weyburn Paseo Student Housing
It’s decent, for what it is. It’s nice to be able to live alone without breaking the bank! Plus, no need for a car — can walk to and from campus.
