Weyburn Terrace Paseo reviews and highlights
- very new appliances and facilities
- all utilities included in the rent
- convenient location
Unbeatable location
They say you get what you pay for and that is definitely the case at Weyburn Terrace. For my own completely furnished Studio, with all utilities included, rapid maintenance, with easy access to Bruin transportation, walking distance of Ralph's, Trader Joe's, Rite Aid, Target, etc. I have no complaints. The ease of living here has made law school so much easier and not respect and that there has not been added stress due to my living situation.
The only drawback is that if you are unfortunate enough you are more than likely to get tandem parking which can be a pain. At the very least I have had very courteous and easy to communicate with tandem parking mates. It also seems a bit excessive to charge over $1,000 to share a parking space with another person but it is what it is.
I would recommend living here to anyone who wants an a very convenient and comfortable apartment and who is willing to fork out some extra cash because in the long run it pays for itself in terms of peace of mind.

Very good, very convenient, parking a pain
Perfect size studio and very close to campus. I usually walk. Comes fully furnished.
Only thing I don't like about the building is parking. Parking is a pain to sign up for or change (you have to go to two offices) and most parking is tandem.

Weyburn Paseo Student Housing
It’s decent, for what it is. It’s nice to be able to live alone without breaking the bank! Plus, no need for a car — can walk to and from campus.

Very Convenient and Close to Campus
LOVE living in Paseo. If you want to be close to campus and live alone, you cannot get a better deal in LA! The apartments come furnished which is great and the price is subsidized by UCLA. A majority of the residents are international. Since everyone has studios it is not the most social building but all good since there is a ton to do. Westwood Village has everything you need - tons of grocery stores, bars, and a Target. I also love that I can walk to Anderson campus in about 20 minutes or bike in about 10 minutes.

Convenient option for grad students!
The studio is almost perfect for someone wanting to live alone. The size is alright, rent includes free utilities. The convenience is amazing for attending school and there's literally no need to own a car.
I wish the bed had a foam mattress!

Clean, modern, and close to campus
Happy to have lived in Weyburn Terrace Paseo for 2 years. Apartment and building both very new and well maintained. Studio is comfortable and spacious, with good internet, hot water, and other amenities. Kinross gym only a 5 min walk away. Bus stop right across the street for free Bruin bus. Neighborhood feels very safe.
On the negative side, laundry room can be very crowded sometimes and machines are frequently in disrepair. There is no "off" function on the thermostat, so the A/C is going to blow hot or cold air 24/7.

Mostly really good housing
Paseo is new and furnished and is in a great location in the neighborhood. Only problems I would say is the housing office not being super helpful or going out of their way to help you work out your problems and some maintenance problems that arose from the fact that inappropriate of cheap choice of materials and amenities. The biggest one is the noisy refrigerator but there are also the leaking faucets, the wardrobes falling apart etc. Most of the problems were fixed by maintenance.

Weyburn Paseo Studio
The studio apartments in Paseo are great. New and furnished with everything you need, and so many of my friend live nearby. Some complains I've heard from other people are that the appartments are too small and that some of them are ground floor and facing the street.

Pricey but good overall
The room is very small for what I pay, but the building is clean and well managed and the location very convenient

Convenient, but that's all!
If you're looking for a move in ready place, graduate housing is the place to be! The rooms are furnished and all utilities are set up (gas, electrical, water, cable, internet) without you moving a finger. Also, if you don't plan to have a car you can take advantage of the bruin bus stop at your door step or simple walk/bike to school everyday. Bar, restaurants and shops are also super close by. However, be ready to live by the apartment rules! There will be no visitors, there will be no extra keys for free, there will be no fast maintenance (even if you have 2 inches of water in your bathroom). I guess it's all a trade off..
