Amazing but Expensive
I love living at the Aertson! It is super convenient to be right across from the school and close to lots of other students. The rent is a bit high considering it does not include parking or utilities.

Can’t beat living so close to campus
Realistically I would only rate the building a 7 or 8 based on overall amenities and “niceness” but as a Vanderbilt student, you cannot beat the single crosswalk commute. Getting from my apartment to the classroom in less than 5 minutes is a faster commute than I had living on campus in undergrad!

Aertson Review
It is a great place to live I really have no complaints other than the rent. I will have to move next year because it is so high but other than that I have no complaints.

Close to school, but look elsewhere
Most convenient location to the law school since it's across the street, but the price it steep for a management group that honestly sucks at what it's supposed to do. I've had countless issues since I moved in 6 months ago, and they're never happy to help and flat out push the blame elsewhere without helping at all.

You Can't Go Wrong Living at the Aertson
Living at the Aertson was the best decision I made coming into law school. The convenience to campus is unbeatable, and it is so nice to walk across the street to class instead of having to drive and park. In addition, this tends to be the one of the most popular places for the incoming class to live. That made the transition to law school and living alone so much easier because there were so many people who lived right in my building. The apartments and amenities are gorgeous and the management is pretty responsive. The Aertson is also extremely safe, with secured key card access on every exterior door. I was definitely hesitant to live here because it so expensive, but it is definitely worth it!
