Cobb Hill 1bd/1ba
I have lived in this complex for the last 3 years. It is generally very quiet, especially during the week. Parking at the complex is included, but all other utilities are up to me (approx. $125/mo.). Additionally, the rent has increased in each of the 3 years I lived here. Unfortunately, the complex does not have in unit laundry access, but it does provide pay per cycle washer and dryers in a common area. I generally use a pay per pound laundry service in town (~$30/mo.). The management complex can be fairly unresponsive with providing maintenance to the units.
I would recommend this complex, but the reasons above are good to know before deciding on it. It's also a very short 5 minute walk to downtown.
