Great Space!
I love OHO! While the rent is high for a one bedroom apartment, it is one of the more affordable options if you're trying to living in a newer construction because rent includes parking, internet and cable - probably a $250 saving right there. There is lots of space and light, and the building is close to both downtown Evanston and the Jake.
The building is about half Kellogg students, which was a must for me because I am living alone. Its great to have so many friends in my building. I would definitely recommend it!

O Ho Balcony
Living on the 5th floor of O Ho is great if you plan on staying in Chicago over the summer -- you get a huge balcony all to yourself!

Optima Horizons
Convenient location, nice building with front desk security, small fitness center and pool, and small outdoor patio with grills. Out unit came with 1 parking spot in the heated enclosed garage which is a nice feature. All units come with a storage locker in the building and you can get a spot to store your bike as well. Also all units in the building come with internet and cable included in the rent.

Best apartment ever!
Amazing building and great apartment! Almost all facilities (except electricity) included in the rent. 7-8 min walk to Jake and many Kellogg students stay in Optima. High value for money.
Our house is the best part of my life at Kellogg :)

Great 2-year condo
If you want to make it easy on yourself, live here. Most apartments come with internet and cable already set up and parking spots. There is a pool, small gym, and nice outdoor area.

Great location, comfortable building
I've loved living in Optima Horizons! The location is great, though the Global Hub will be further away (as is the case for most apartment buildings current students live in). Great management and units, and lots of Kellogg students keeps it social.

Optima Horizon 2 bedrom
The best part of living in Optima Horizons is that there are a lot of other Kellogg students. The first week of school I met some of my closest friends through my building. My apartment is also very modern with hardwood floors. The one downside is that since it is a condo you have to contact your landlord for any issues. Our landlord is not the most responsive so it can take a while to get things done.

OHo 2 BR for roommates
Location is great. I have gotten my sprint to the current-Jake down to 8 minutes, and it's very close to restaurants and stores. Building staff / doorpeople are friendly. Amenities include gym, patio with grills, and pool. Apartment is spacious and still feels new. Rooms are difficult to split between roommates because they vary in size and temperature. (Example: master bedroom en-suite bathroom but is cold in the winter. Second bedroom is pretty crammed with bathroom mostly used by guests across the whole, but the temperature is better.)

Downtown Evanston Reviews
Cons: Long walk from the Global hub. Closest grocery store is Whole Foods, a bit of a hike to TJ's and Jewel.
