Prosper on Fayette

The apartment is furnished and literally right next door to UMB, which is awesome. However, it's pretty expensive for a very small space compared to many other apartments. I love that it's new, everything is very nice, we have floor-to-ceiling windows with amazing natural light, a rooftop for fresh air, a parking garage attached, and a gym in the building. Unfortunately, other than Lexington Market right behind us, you can't really walk anywhere around here. But that's how most downtown apartments near UMB are.

Great Place to Live for School

Very close to school, friendly, helpful, & caring staff. Great price for what you get.

Mostly nice

The apartment is almost brand new. The room was super clean when I first moved in. My only complaint is that the window cannot be opened, so I it is very hard to get rid of cooking smell.
